Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel a ticket for any event, please do so up to 10 business days prior to the event. You will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. Transfer Policy:
If you need to transfer a ticket to another person, you can do so up to 10 business days prior to the event. We must have that request in writing and should be sent via the contact form. In the body of the contact form, please specify the name, position, organization and contact info for the new person.
