Through an impactful keynote and additional breakout sessions, learn why systemic change in education demands intentional investment in people and purposeful alignment of systems, resources, and collective effort. When professional learning is comprehensive and supported by coaching, educators are empowered to translate new knowledge into practice – building the competence, capacity, and confidence needed to drive lasting change.

In addition, Joellen will also lead one of our powerful breakout sessions called “Coaching in Sync: Aligning Roles, Goals, and Results.”

Breakout Session Description:

Coaches can only spark real change when they and their leaders move in the same direction. This session invites coaches, principals, and district leaders to explore how shared clarity around coaching roles, goals, and priorities fuels meaningful
improvement. Together, attendees will uncover strategies to align coaching efforts with school and system goals so that every conversation, plan, and action leads to stronger results for educators and students alike.

This one day event is a MUST for GA educators, administrators and literacy leaders committed to advancing literacy skills for all students in Georgia.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel a ticket for any event, please see the following information:

• Up to 10 business days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee based on ticket cost. 
• Between 7-10 days prior to the event,  you will receive a partial refund of 50% of ticket price minus a 5% cancellation fee based on the ticket cost 
• There are no refunds after 7 days prior to the event.

All requests must be made in writing and should be sent via the contact form on this website. 

Transfer Policy:

If you need to transfer a ticket to another person, you may do so up to 10 business days prior to the event.  We will not be able to do a transfer outside of this window.  We would suggest if you are not able to attend that you cancel your ticket, and the policy above will apply.  We must have that request in writing and should be sent via the contact form on this website. In the body of the contact form, please specify the name, position, organization and contact info for the new person who will be attending.
