*Joellen will not be present at this event.  The program is the newest iteration of the former Learning Forward Executive Leadership Program (ELP), and is anchored in Mrs. Killion’s research and collaborative work with the Learning Forward National organization.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a ticket for any event, please see the following information:

• Up to 10 business days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee based on ticket cost. 
• Between 7-10 days prior to the event,  you will receive a partial refund of 50% of ticket price minus a 5% cancellation fee based on the ticket cost. 
• There are no refunds after 7 days prior to the event.

All requests must be made in writing and should be sent via the contact form on this website. 

Transfer Policy:

If you need to transfer a ticket to another person, you may do so up to 10 business days prior to the event.  We will not be able to do a transfer outside of this window. 

We would suggest  that if you are not able to attend that you cancel your ticket, and the policy above will apply.  We must have that request in writing and should be sent via the contact form on this website. In the body of the contact form, please specify the name, position, organization and contact info for the new person who will be attending.
